How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I export my notes?

Go to Settings → Data and click "Export." You'll get a ZIP file containing all your notes in HTML and JSON format, compatible with Google Keep's Takeout structure.

How do I install the Chrome Extension?

Visit the Notelic Chrome Extension page in the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome." Once installed, click the Notelic icon in your browser toolbar to clip pages and take quick notes.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email support@notelic.com with your account email and we'll permanently delete your account and all data within 30 days. You can export your notes first from Settings.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest, we never sell your information, and our Chrome extension communicates only with notelic.com. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
